*#1 Oracle Financials (Costing/GL/Fixed Assets) BA.*

*Business Analyst – Oracle EBS Financials (CST,GL)*

*Description
*Module Focus (All functionality, including interfaces between related
modules):

Costing (CST)                           General Ledger
(GL)                  Fixed Assets (FA)
(preferred, but not required)

With Cost Accounting at the heart of this effort, this position ensures
financial compliance through control and optimization of core functionality
inherent to the Inventory lifecycle and the financial close process.  This
functional individual must be customer focused with the ability to work
productively with decision makers across various Finance and Operational
disciplines.  With best practices in mind, this effort includes
troubleshooting to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support
cost-effective technology solutions needed to control, report and analyze
transactions through the relevant processes.  The candidate must be willing
to learn and teach their disciplines across the various ERP systems within
the Hussmann portfolio.

*Responsibilities*

Strategy and Planning
·         Identify operational inefficiencies resulting from poor business
practices, bad data and system or integration constraints
·         Recommend current fixes or alternative solutions in conjunction
with Hussmann’s standardized footprint
·         Keep current with the latest technologies
·         Initiate and engage business customers in new product reviews,
tests and pilots
·         Foster strong relationships with Business Partners by engaging in
key business activities
·         Effectively collaborate and cross train other functional and
technical IT peers

*Develop, Implement and Support*
·         Collect, document and analyze business requirements
·         Identify and solution gaps between business requirements and
standard functionality
·         Establish project plan to manage expectations in terms of scope
and phase timing
·         Design, configure and test all Costing functionality including
(not limited to) specific setup for cost methods, elements, distributions
and rollups.  This includes standard and custom interfaces to all
peripheral modules or applications
·         Design, configure and test the specific General Ledger
functionality including (not limited to) setup for chart of accounts, cross
validations, security rules, intercompany balancing, and financial
reporting.  This includes standard and custom interfaces to all peripheral
modules or applications
·         Manage data conversion including cleansing efforts, validation
and timing
·         Develop extensive test scenarios which ensure the comprehensive
testing of all functionality and RICE components required to meet business
requirement
·         Develop training materials, schedule and conduct Super User
training.  Oversee End User training
·         Develop End User procedures for new business processes.  Includes
documenting and validating with user community

Develop, Implement and Support (continued)
·         Provide day to day support and troubleshooting of user and
application problems as it relates to the positions overall area of
expertise
·         Document and perform periodic maintenance as dictated by business
processes
·         Furnish configuration support \ explanation as needed for
regulatory compliance
·         Track all outstanding work through production ticket system

*Position Requirements*
*Formal Education & Certification*
·         Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Accounting, Finance,
Business or related area
·         Minimum seven (7) years of accumulated Cost Accounting or
Corporate Accounting experience in a manufacturing environment

*Knowledge & Experience*
·         Minimum four (4) years of experience in an Oracle EBS  (11i)
environment including at least one full implementation cycle and
post-implementation support in a Business Analyst or Super User capacity
·         Cross functional Finance or Supply Chain base in Oracle modules:
o    Costing (CST):      All functionality, including interfaces between
related modules
·         General Ledger (GL):  All functionality, including interfaces
between related modules
·         Extensive knowledge and appreciation of world-class Inventory
methodologies
·         Extensive knowledge and appreciation of the Finance Close cycle
·         Ability to build \ customize rules in Oracle Workflow is preferred
·         Proficient PC skills in Office products; Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
Visio, Outlook, Project and ticketing system; Remedy
·         Strong knowledge of relational databases including database
schemas, and skilled in data analysis through TOAD and SQL
·         Extensive application support experience
·         Strong understanding of project management methodology
·         Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability
to adjust presentation based on the audience

*#2 Technologist – Oracle EBS Developer*

*Description*
The Technologist’s role serves as the Oracle EBS technical expert
performing all functions related to the Development lifecycle.  Ranging
from implementation projects to routine support, this includes reports,
interfaces, conversions, extensions and more.  With best practices in mind,
all effort must ensure database integrity while meeting functional
requirements.  The candidate must be willing to learn and teach their
discipline across the various ERP systems within the Hussmann portfolio.

*Responsibilities*

functionality and related tools.  This includes standard and custom
interfaces to all peripheral applications
·         Manage data conversion including cleansing efforts, validation
and timing
·         Coordinate with DBA’s with respect to program creation \
migration efforts
·         Review code developed by junior or third party developers
·         Provide, as needed, technical support and troubleshooting of
application problems including Oracle TAR correspondence and bug fixes
·         Document and perform periodic maintenance as dictated by business
processes
·         Furnish configuration support \ explanation as needed for
regulatory compliance
·         Track all outstanding work through production ticket system
