*Position : QA Analyst/Engineer * *Location: Mountain View, CA Duration: Long Term (1-2 Years) * * * Job Description Responsibilities: 1. Perform assigned tests to ensure code is functioning as defined. Develop functional and load testing plans, approach and test cases for financials projects. Plan, coordinate, schedule, and execute testing cycles and communicate the results. Work with Business and IT teams to ensure bug resolution and regression testing and match requirements to solution. Provide QA review and sign off. Develop reports to explain testing results and the impact on the system. Required Skills: Experience with performance testing in Oracle ERP package implementations, covering both ERP and integration platforms Experience with development related to functional and performance testing in an integrated multi-application project environment Experience developing load testing scripts for business processes Experience with the HP LoadRunner toolset Ability to read Business requirements,Functional and technical documents to assimilate information for creating robust test plans, scripts and execution methodology. Identifying and documenting test cases, expected outcomes, negative test scenarios, integration testing and regression testing. Extensive experience in validating the functionality of new systems or enhancements to existing systems that require a deep uderstanding of complex application logic, dependencies and business workflow. The position requires involvement and participation throughout the entire project life cycle, ensuring the success of the team's testing efforts both manual and automated. The ideal candidate must also demonstrate a strong sense of quality ownership. Hands-On experience with Oracle, TOAD, SQL, Java and Linux. Ability to write complex SQL statements Experience creating scripts for automating processes. Preferred Skills: Functional testing for GL, Cash Management, Fixed Assets modules in Oracle ERP 11i. Experience testing complex custom applications.
