Good communication skills . At least 8 years of IT industry experience . Experience in creating accurate documentation and assist in project work as required . Exposure to Unix and Windows Operating Systems . Ability to prioritize and manage tasks to meet tight deadlines . Ability to work under minimal supervision . Excellent written and spoken English . Flexible and willing to work as part of a team to achieve project goals Certification : . HP Service Center/ Manager Certification .
