Position: Remote Information Security Architect Duration: 3+ Months Contract *Required:* What Applications of the software do they currently run? e.g. HCM, FSCM, CS, EPM, ELM. *Skills required / modules needed (be specific) * Resource must have experience supporting application, middleware, and infrastructure projects in developing security controls and testing prior to production release. Resource must have good communication skills. Resource must be able to work with in a team environment and be a self starter. They will be supporting global offices. Description of Work *The project goals is to:* Staff Augmentation The resource will be responsible for: The Information Security Architect will design, deliver, and secure enterprise-wide solutions and must demonstrate recent experience in leading technology efforts across organizational boundaries. This individual will focus on security architecture planning and implementation. This position reports the Information Security Manager. Primary Responsibilities: 1. Provides direction in the selection, configuration, & maintenance of security software, utilities & hardware. Cooperates on various projects, ensuring security controls are in place. 2. Develops policies, procedures and technical security standards to support corporate objectives. 3. Performs risk assessments of proposed or modified application and infrastructure functionality. Identifies and documents protection strategies and solutions. 4. Monitors and enforces compliance with security policies, standards and guidelines. 5. Performs infrastructure and application security compliance reviews of moderate to high complexity and assists in or facilitates the implementation of resolution.
