*Job Title: Business Analyst with Health Care*

*Location: Raleigh/Durham, NC, US*

*Skill:*




- Build Scope Statements and business requirements for system / business
process integration related deliverables

- Partner with Domain Analysts and Process Consultant to review, verify and
validate Topaz requirements by Release

- Perform gap analysis between current state and future state requirements

- Facilitate business decision making by performing analysis, producing
decision documents, and other documentation as needed; facilitate decision
meetings as needed

- Maintain domain issues log and manage resolution, coordinating with
Domain Analysts and Domain PM

- Leverage RRC as the system of record for requirements

- Day-to-day priorities set by Domain Analysts and Leads, managed by the
Requirements Architect


Additionally the BA will perform the following activities/possess these key
skills:

- Elicit requirements (business, technical and vendor) in large corporate
environment.

- Assess scope and determine impacts of scope.

- Perform requirements phase planning.

- Lead/host larger, cross-functional JADs and drive decision making and
resolution.

- Critically assess requirements from several functional areas to determine
potential  conflicts/other requirements that may exist in other areas.

- Fill multiple roles (SME/design support, BRD/Functional
Specifications/Use case/agile artifacts, business process and testing
support)

- Ability to work in Scrum or Waterfall methodologies

- Can work independently (self direct and motivate) or collaboratively
(take direction or work in a BA team)
