*Additional Information about the position :*
A C/UNIX Developer is needed for the Ohio MITS ICDS Duals Project to
support CCRBs 26295, 31895, 26296, 31897.  This work is a CMS mandated
requirement
for ICDS Duals implementation by March 1, 2014.
For all assigned change orders and defects, this role works with the TFAL
to ensure that the technical design is solid and completely represents
the business
requirements.  The Developer translates the technical design into code that
is effective and efficient, and develops and executes unit test cases to
effectively prove/disprove code modifications.  The Developer also provides
timely support for production cycle issues. Participate in Business Design
sessions with the client, as directed by TDL
Working with the TFAL, provide subject matter expertise to provide high
level estimates and time frames for future project work
Ensure technical design/application changes for every CO are correct,
appropriately integrated across other functional areas, and efficiently
meet business drivers as stated through requirements and business design.
