Here is Job Description SQL Developer Location: Seattle, WA *(Need local)* Duration: 6+Months Start Date: ASAP Responsibilities: Design, create, maintain and optimize software applications for data warehousing solutions using a variety of languages and technologies, including Java, C#, SQL, Hadoop, and AWS. Think quickly, communicate clearly and work collaboratively with Dev, Test, and Operations teams Embrace solid, agile development practices, such as unit-testing, code reviews and design documentation as needed. Requirements: 5+ years Java or C# development experience 5+ years of SQL development experience Experience writing code to work with large data volumes Experience developing against third party APIs Strong grasp of object-oriented design principles and patterns Commitment to, and experience with unit testing and test-first principles B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field, or applicable work experience A desire to learn new technologies while delivering high quality code in a fun work environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Secondary Qualifications: Familiarity with AWS (Amazon Web Services) Experience and interest in emerging technologies: cloud development, Hadoop, NoSQL, MPP databases.
