Position : Performance Tester ( Only USC/ GC)
Location : Omaha, NE
Type : Contract to Hire or Fulltime
Start Date : Immediate
Interview Process: One skype and telephonic interview
Onboarding process: Ref and visa checks will be initiated before client
interview and once confirmed by client BG, drug test, education and
employment verification will be initiated.


Responsibilities:
• Assist with development and implementation of effective controls and
procedures to govern the testing of applications within scope of client
core support.
• Utilize testing knowledge and ability to exercise latest testing
technology, tools, standards and best practice.
• Plan testing efforts and resource requirements.
• Educate client Business organizations on testing best practice processes.
• Coordinate with test execution team(s) to assure quality execution of
testing that support requirements according to schedule.
• Manage detailed testing project plan, including all dependencies,
associated timelines and reporting.
• Manage defect tracking, report delivery and communications with
stakeholders to ensure an effective handover of services provided.
• Manage QA testing and testing quality for multiple projects/products
concurrently.
• Manage timelines and delivery of multiple, simultaneous project testing
effort outputs; report on progress, identify and raise visibility on
potential risks.
• Contribute to efforts to leverage Testing Services processes within and
throughout the business.
• Lead in performance test coordination which includes gathering
performance test requirements, adequate planning of load/stress testing,
partner with the technology leaders drive proper environment and system
planning for performance testing and coordinates the evaluation and test
results sign off from the technical and business teams.
• Lead team interactions with all testing participants and stakeholders to
ensure an effective transition of reusable testing-related documentation
and results into production/operations ownership.
• Leads and works with outsourcing resources to manage Performance and
Testing Automation initiatives.
• Coordinate with the Process Management Supervisor to assure the creation
of quality documentation required by all Operational Teams.
• Work collaboratively with the Project, Change and Release Management
Teams, Application Support Teams, and all impacted Operational Teams to
ensure transparently integrated processes and seamless support delivery.

Qualifications:
• Minimum three (3) years’ experience in software testing management,
software quality assurance or related information management role. (SAP,
.NET preferred)
• Minimum one (3) years’ experience with automated testing, defect tracking
and performance/load testing software. (HP Quality Center, LoadRunner,
QuickTestPro, SAP TAO)
• Knowledge and/or experience of recent versions of Solution Manager and
TFS (Team Foundation Server) tools.
• Possess a thorough understanding of information technology test
management and quality control best practices, specifically Integration,
Regression, User Acceptance, Performance, and Automated testing.
