Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst AGILE Location: Johnstown, OH Duration: 3 Months *Strong AGILE Experience* Essential Requirements: Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, related field or equivalent Experience: 6-8 years of relevant technical or business work experience and basic knowledge of business operations and systems requirements processes Skills: Sets objectives that meet organizational needs Provides recommendations to individuals and teams on ways to improve performance and meet defined objectives Sets objectives necessary for obtaining feedback and assistance Maintains effective communication in order to share ideas, issues, and opportunities Maps full business processes and designs operational process flow Facilitates group input for process improvements and implements process improvement recommendations within the context of overall business processes Identifies resource implications Converses with, writes reports for, and creates/delivers presentations to all levels of the organization in ways that support problem solving and planning Seeks a consensus with business partners Debates opinions, tests understanding, and clarifies judgments Explains the context of multiple interrelated situations, asks searching, probing questions, and solicits expert advice prior to taking action and making recommendations.
