Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst AGILE
Location: Johnstown, OH
Duration: 3 Months

Essential Requirements:
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Mathematics, related field or
equivalent

Experience:
6-8 years of relevant technical or business work experience and basic
knowledge of business operations and systems requirements processes

Skills:
Sets objectives that meet organizational needs
Provides recommendations to individuals and teams on ways to improve
performance and meet defined objectives
Sets objectives necessary for obtaining feedback and assistance
Maintains effective communication in order to share ideas, issues, and
opportunities
Maps full business processes and designs operational process flow
Facilitates group input for process improvements and implements process
improvement recommendations within the context of overall business processes
Identifies resource implications
Converses with, writes reports for, and creates/delivers presentations to
all levels of the organization in ways that support problem solving and
planning
Seeks a consensus with business partners
Debates opinions, tests understanding, and clarifies judgments
Explains the context of multiple interrelated situations, asks searching,
probing questions, and solicits expert advice prior to taking action and
making recommendations.
Diagnoses problems using formal problem solving tools and techniques from
multiple angles and probes underlying issues to generate multiple potential
solutions
Proactively anticipates and prevents problems
Devises, facilitates buy-in, makes recommendations, and guides
implementation of corrective and/or preventive actions for complex issues
that cross organizational boundaries and are unclear in nature
Identifies potential consequences and risk levels
Gains support and buy-in for problem definition, methods of resolution, and
accountability
Takes steps to identify and improve processes within own functional area
May escalate process improvement recommendations to appropriate management
team for consideration
Participates on process improvement teams as subject matter expert for
assigned areas of responsibility
Applies project management elements of phase, activity, task, and
deliverables, as well as task dependencies
Defines and tracks own activity within a project
Demonstrates proficiency in the use of project administration tools
Defines agendas and key players for meetings
Develops and distributes minutes for follow up action and tracks follow up
commitments
Evaluates risks interaction in order to assess project outcomes within own
area
Develops written project scope documents for review by project team members
Actively solicits ideas and opinions from others to quickly accomplish
specific objectives targeted at defined business outcomes
Uses organizational systems that result in multiple critical activities to
be identified and completed on time
Renegotiates priorities as necessary
Tests and inspects outputs and applies quality checks prior to work
submission.
