Job Role: Datacap Developer/ Datacap Adminstrator Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota Duration: 6 months *1 position: Datacap Developer* *1 position: Datacap Administrator * Job Description: Analyze business requirements to create customizations • Provide guidance to the customer for DataCap solution • Configure and set-up tasks to perform OCR, ICR, Barcode recognition, interface with mail server and FileNet • Install and configure scanners and DataCap clients • Develop Datacap User Interface; look up, task profiles, action libraries, custom actions, validations, verifications, workflows and exports to databases and content management system for scanning solutions. • Knowledge of Microsoft .NET Windows programming (C# / VB.Net) to develop and consume web services/custom dll's for Datacap. • Knowledge to integrate RightFax with Datacap. • Integrate third party or custom built library for external operations • Document, Monitor, resolve and generate reports. • Work closely with offshore team • Multiple project experience in Datacap Taskmaster • Should be proficient in Datacap project deployment across environments. • Extensive experience in developing multi-tiered web applications • Ability to function independently or part of a team • Knowledge of and participation in the full software life cycle (SDLC) • Ability to troubleshoot issues with clients • Excellent communication skills " Key Responsibilities • Responsible for delivery of assigned module/ components /phases of a project. • Responsible for people Management, including goal setting and providing performance feedback. • Responsible for Status reporting. • Responsible for guiding the development team. • Responsible for Knowledge transfer and arriving at SLAs for steady state. • Technical problem solving skills. Job Requirement • Has a good practical understanding of technology and its application. • Good grasp of technology and tools used for development. • Fair understanding of project management skills. • Fair amount of domain expertise gained through working on the application or certification programs. People Interactions • Within own team or department at operational level. • Contact with user/customer at peer / first /middle management level.
