Experience with creating logical models using the IBM rational rose product suite. Strong SDLC knowledge, with excellent process and application system documentation skills. In addition the ideal candidate must be able to translate the logical models further for Metadata Management process and principles. Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, facilitation and negotiation skills required.
