Eagan MN 3-6 Months Contract Performance job description is as follows: 1. Experience of 7 to 9 yrs in Performance Engineering 2. Hands on, in depth experience with AJAX protocol and Load Runner is a must. 3. Design and execute a Performance Test Strategy and Plan 4. Design an Application Simulation Model (ASM) 5. Build the automation suite and artefacts 6. Build monitoring and metric gathering solutions 7. Execute test and tuning cycles 8. Analyze results against requirements and reporting to business stakeholders. 9. Expertise in development and infrastructure components that assist them to provide services such as code reviews; 10. Running up profilers (application profiling) 11. Investigating environment configurations 12. Reviewing performance best practices 13.
