Job Title : Consultant Posting Title : BPS Dividend Product Manager Consultant Country : United States State : New Jersey City : Jersey City Location : Jersey City-2 JSQ Employment Status : Contingent Worker Job Description : Dividend Product Manager Consultant - Experienced dividend processor with solid working knowledge of US industry standards for processing Equity Cash Dividends, Corporate, Muni, Registered Interest, Government Agency, Collateralize Mortgage Obligation and Asset Backed Income processing. This individual is also required to know how to process Stock Dividends, Stock Splits, Spin-offs and Rights Distribution, etc. They should be very familiar with Interim/Due Bill processing. They should understand Dividend Reinvestment procedures via DTC and open market. They should understand DTC, CDS, Euro-clear and other depository income processing procedures as it relates to currency exchange processing. Experience using the Broadridge BPS Dividend system and document website is preferred. They will use this experience to respond to incoming client inquiries via e-mail, Remedy tickets and phone calls. They will assist with research, responding to general inquiries and when a possible enhancement is needed they will assist with gathering requirements, drafting requirements and working with development to flush out and answer all questions related to the change. They will be required to work with our Hyderabad India team to test SSR changes, draft bulletins and other client communications.
