This resource needs to be comfortable working in an ambiguous environment, familiar with governing disruptive technologies, managing multiple vendors, contractors and technology disciplines, while communicating to both business and technology resources. *Essential Duties and Responsibilities:* Ø Strong client facing skills and an acute understanding of consulting and project management disciplines Ø Develop and maintain detailed project plans while adhering to Atos project methodology Ø Ensure that projects meet timeline and budget requirements, using tools such as MS Project, Excel Ø Identify and secure resources as required, maintain skills and knowledge required to meet project objectives Ø Prepare and effectively communicate appropriate reports and updates to management Ø Facilitate the resolution of issues Ø Escalate issues to project stakeholders as required Ø Ensure all appropriate documentation, requirements, design and test specifications and other required deliverables are created and reviewed/approved by external and internal stakeholders Ø Achieve project milestones through regular cross-functional project meetings to review schedule, status, issues and to ensure conflict resolution and risk mitigation Ø Manage project scope and document scope changes in order to obtain approval for incremental costs prior to performing work *Requirements* *Education and Experience:* Ø Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology preferred Ø Strong people skills Ø Demonstrated ability in using MS Office Suite, MS Project, and Visio Ø Deep understanding of project management methodology (e.g. PMBOK) Ø Strong verbal and written communication skills Ø Strong facilitation skills Ø Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects Ø PMI’s Certified PMP Ø Minimum 2-3yrs. of experience with infrastructure projects Ø Must have strong communication skills, written and verbal Ø Experience interviewing end users to gather requirements Ø Knowledge of the SDLC Ø Experience building reports Ø Expert-level proficiency in the following: · Microsoft Project and Visio · Systems Development/Integration Fundamentals · Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel) Ø Familiarity with internet and client server architectures ============================================ Thanks and warm regards, *Manoj Kumar* Technical Recruiter || United Software Group Inc. 565 Metro Place S.
