Develop designs for Day 2 operations supporting identification and resolution for network events. Support relationships with key upstream IT delivery organizations (IP Services, application support, etc). Voice Traffic Engineering for IPT and Collaboration Capacity and performance analysis for LAN, MAN and WAN utilization. Business As Usual (BAU) network software and hardware maintenance projects to meet IPT and Collaboration architecture and service goals. Support service quality metrics. Provide technology leadership to other members of network team *Industry Knowledge:* IP Telephony Standards MS Collaboration Standards Call Center CTI Standards Computer Networking Fiber Optics LAN/WAN Switches Cisco Catalyst platform (VLANs, trunking) Wiring Standards Protocols OSPF, BGP, EIGRP and other related technologies (Multicast, IP Video and IP Telephony). CCNA skill level requested UCCX experience is required UCCE is a BIG plus. Cisco Jabber/Lync experience a plus *Daily Operations Management Capabilities: * Expert in Adding/Migrating/Changing/Upgrading features on VoIP infrastructure. Proficient in daily User Management and Expectation Management. Willing to respond to critical infrastructure events 24x7. Bandwidth Management. Daily Monitoring and Reporting of events/problem/changes.
