Proficient with Windows Server 2003\2008\2012 and strong technical (hands on) understanding of operating systems. Demonstrated understanding of Active directory / DNS; User and User Rights management / File System Rights (NTFS Permissions); security configuration and implementation; group policy management; and backup systems/ data backup management. Experience with relational databases and proficient in Microsoft SQL Server and SQL scripting. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint. Must have ability to work flexible hours and respond during off hours, or 24X7 on-call as needed, to support emergencies, systems outage, and critical infrastructure upgrades. Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. A strong track record of professional success. Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities and follow through on tasks. Proven ability to stay aware of current trends and technical advancements. Effective problem solving and excellent time management skills Experience with the following applications desired but not required: Maximo, Maximo BIRT, BI Publisher, Meridian, AutoCAD, PTR-Plus, and Portia.
