*Position* SAP CRM Functional Analyst *Location* Northridge, CA USA *Duration* 4+ months (Possible Extension) *Description* *Job Duties:* Possesses technical background in required applications and tools ,Produces data and process models • SAP CRM Functional Analyst This primary responsibility of this position will be to support the build/test phase of an SAP CRM CIC implementation project. • The scope of the project is to deploy current custom SAP system functionality into SAP CRM Interaction Center for customer support / complaint handling with integration to back-end ERP ECC system.
