We are looking for a *Product Specialist, Product Operations with one of our client at MO* Send all your consultant profiles to* [email protected] <[email protected]>* *Title : Product Specialist, Product Operations* *Duration : 6+ Months* *Location : O Fallon, MO* *Interview : Telephone and In-Person Interview* *Job Description: * · The Product Specialist responsibilities in Global Operations are focused on product operations and delivery work streams for the global Benefits & Insurance business such as product implementations, data/information management, access management, and related global support · This is a centralized role pivotal to ensuring support for proper cardholder servicing and benefit management · This role must engage with regional operations teams and Global and Regional B&I, Service and Delivery, Business Control, Customer Account Teams in support of product delivery efforts · Do you have experience analyzing and researching data to ensure appropriate configuration and management? · Are you motivated by working globally to play a role in facilitating successful issuer implementations? · Have you participated on cross-functional project teams, acting as a Subject Matter Expert on database management and research? *[[Role]] * · The Product Specialist responsibilities are focused on certain functional areas of the business (e.g., information management, data analysis, communication, quality assurance). The role also provides operational support for product delivery, as well as general administrative responsibilities (e.g., calendaring, meetings, and travel) as needed. Accountabilities include: · Process data entry requests in a timely manner; which includes document organization, information research, data entry, and document filing. Research and analyze data discrepancies. Provide recommendations for improvement of tools and processes. Provide access management support for tools used · Act as a central point of contact for research requests. Coordinate research and remediation through service providers and internal Client teams.
