*Position: .NET Technical Lead*
*Location**: Lake Forest, IL*
*Duration: 12 Months*
*Need Locals who can come for In-person Interview*
- *Experience in .Net, SharePoint and Lotus Notes.*
- Able to decide on the migration approach, and target platform (e.g,
SharePoint, .Net or combination etc)
- Preferably someone with migration experience.
- Experience as a Technical Lead.
- Experience working with offshore developers:
- Able to delegate tasks and manage their day to day work, help
resolve technical issues
- Flexible in terms of responsibilities
- Since this is a small team, Tech lead will need to be involved in
tech analysis, design (& technical documentation), development efforts,
besides coordination with offshore team
- Fast learner, willingness to learn new stuff. Resourceful.
- Great communication skills.
- Preferably someone from Chicago area/able to work on-site.
