Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 6 years or equivalent experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of Contractor staff. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. The Client strives to provide a single online time, attendance, and labor system to its approximate 4,5000 employees. Currently, Client operates more than 30 time and attendance systems, some of which are manual and paper-based processes that capture time, leave, and labor costs associated with the employee population. These multiple systems make it challenging for client to manage its work force. Although these systems generally allow employee time, leave and labor data entry and provide for basic reporting needs, client managers and staff have identified numerous problems.
