*Please send me the resumes to [email protected] <[email protected]>* Role: ERP Project Manager Duration: 6 Months Location: San Francisco, CA (only locals) *Position Description* The IT Senior Manager for Supply Chain Systems is responsible for working closely with the Supply Chain business partners to deliver system solutions. This will require understanding of end to end business processes of Supply Chain and how they are implemented in IT applications. The Senior Manager will provide hands on guidance on business requirements development, system design and project management to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget to direct and matrix teams. *Responsibilities* - Provide support and analyze Supply Chain systems and make recommendations and proposals for improved effectiveness and efficiency. - Act as the liaison between cross-functional groups by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved through IT solutions. - Provide day to day hands on problem management, guidance, and support to the team. - Manage, prioritize, sequence project demand based on resource availability and timelines. - Ensure end to end understanding of Business Processes and systems solutions. - Utilize strong analytical skills to generate organizational metrics/reporting to assist with business decisions. - Lead projects and manage requirements development, functional design, and end user training and support. - Coordinate and/or deliver end-user training as appropriate. - Provide recommendations on Technology solutions to address business needs. - Develop IT Strategy and Roadmap for each business function. - Provide leadership on Project Management processes and practices. *Requirements* - 7+ years of IT industry work experience including business systems analysis, solution design, application development and deployment of major ERP/Enterprise solutions. - 5+ years experience in leading, managing and coaching teams. - Excellent communication and presentation skills required. - Proven record of working with Senior Business Leaders in developing technology roadmaps and strategies. - Experience in leading Business Analysis, Business Process Design and Application Development (SDLC). - Successful track record in delivering IT solutions on time and on budget. - Good working knowledge of Oracle e-Business architecture and administration and the ability to quickly diagnose and solve system problems. - Functional knowledge of Oracle EBS Supply Chain(OM, Inventory, AO, PO) and Finance Modules(AR, AP, GL, Fixed Assets) or SAP or any Major ERP/Systems? required. - Experience or understanding of Business processes for Retail and Wholesale industries desired - Demonstrated successful working relationships with IT and Business Partners.?
