Position: Sybase IQ Developer Location: New york city, New York Contract Duration: 6-12 months Minimum Requirements: 3+ years in developing and maintaining Sybase IQ Stored Procedures and Tables 7+ years in developing and maintaining Sybase ASE Stored Procedures, Tables, Views and Triggers and indexes Knowledge in data modeling, Schema design and Relational Concepts Experience in converting stored procedures and queries from Sybase ASE to Sybase IQ Experience in analyzing ASE stored procedures for performance and providing optimization solutions Experience with UNIX/WINDOWS scripting languages, SVN and Autosys Knowledgeable and resourceful in identifying conversion issues and finding solutions Experience in Jasper Reports a plus Knowledge in Database Administration a plus Experience in Investment Management and Financial Reporting a plus Strong Communication Skills B.S or Advanced Degree in Computer Science Description: Skill and Role Summary: Sybase IQ Developer for working with reporting team to develop new and enhance current financial reports.
