We have an urgent requirement as follows: Please respond with resumes in MS-Word Format with the following details to *[email protected] <[email protected]>* Full Name : Location : Contact Number : Email : Availability : Visa Status : *Requirement Details* *Data Scientist with telecom background* Work Location : Dallas, TX Essential Duties & Responsibilities: · Use advanced statistical techniques to provide deeper understanding of customer profile, behavior and actions · Monitors the quality of client’s data and information, reports on results, and identifies and recommends system application changes required to improve the quality of data in all applications. · Collaborate with other data science teams, business partners across business units and recommend customer experience/service improvements across the enterprise · Aggregate and analyze data to create actionable insights on client’s customers to drive revenue and decrease churn · Investigates data quality problems, conducts root-cause analysis, corrects errors, and develops process improvement processes across all programs. · Integrates data from multiple sources and designs, develops, and generates adhoc and operational reports in support of objectives. · Manipulates and analyzes complex data from varying sources and recommends ways to apply the data. · Develops new innovations in the use of the data and data mining techniques to effectively extract meaningful information from data sets. · Researches new techniques, methods, and best practices within the industry. · Presents and communicates complex analytical data and results to varying audiences with a keen understanding of the needs of the audience. Requirement and Desired Skills · PhD. or MS in Math, Statistics, Engineering, economics or equivalent practical experience. · Mathematical and statistical modeling experience and/or knowledge. R (or SAS) programming experience a plus. · 5+ years hands on experience leading development of insights leveraging statistical models and visual analytics. · 3+ years’ experience using R, SAS, SQL or Python · 3-5 years of experience with, understanding and knowledge of the Hadoop ecosystem and building analytic jobs in MapReduce, Pig, Hive, etc. · Experience developing static and interactive data visualizations.
