*Please find the below requirement.* *Job Title: Sr. Performance Engineer * *Location: Dayton, OH* *Duration: 12 Months* *Rate :$45/Hr on C2C* As a Sr Performance Engineer your key roles and responsibilities include: - Being responsible for the development of test strategies for projects that may span multiple products, technologies and test disciplines. - Working closely with LexisNexis and vendor resources to ensure test cases and acceptance criteria adhere to requirements and are accurately validated during the certification process. - Providing guidance and oversight for improvements to software measurement, metrics and analytical techniques. Key accountabilities are documented through performance objectives and may include: - Work collaboratively with the business, architects, and developers to define non-functional requirements (NFRs), identify gaps, assess capability, and document risks. - Develop performance and capacity models. - Develop project estimates as part of the concept and project planning process. - Define key metrics and instrumentation for measuring and monitoring performance and capacity.
