*Role and Responsibilities:*

*·        Maintain a 99% customer satisfaction rating *

*·        Ability to leverage SharePoint in the analysis, design,
development, implementation and support of large, complex, enterprise-level
solutions*

*·        Deliver SharePoint 2010 and 2013 projects on time, on budget and
while meeting customer specifications and exceeding customer expectations*

*·        Provide management and strategic planning for strategic
initiatives including the development, review and implementation of tools
and processes*

*·        Administer the work intake process, including receipt of
requests, work effort scoping, prioritization and approval processes, and
status reporting*

*·        Provide coordination support between concurrent development
projects and activities.*

*·        Build effective and trusted advisor relationships with clients,
vendors and staff by using effective negotiation, influencing, mediation
and relationship-building skills*

*·        Evaluate the current environment against best practices to
establish a minimum set of project management standards and project
deliverables*

*·        Develop proposed processes and reporting mechanisms as needed in
the areas of project, risk, and change management*

*·        Work with technical staff to implement tools and develop
