*IT Technical Lead - Capital Markets * *Jersey city, NJ**Telephonic followed by F2F (mandatory)* This position will be working for a strategic client in the Corporate and Investment Banking Industry in Jersey City. Scope of the project involves strategic development and enhancements to the platforms supporting Collateral domain. This includes enhancing the existing systems, building new systems and regulatory projects. Project is executed in a global delivery model including business and development centers in NY and NJ. Key Responsibilities Primary tasks include but are not limited to: • Ability to lead 15+ member teams preferably with consulting background desired • Lead and mentor development team members • Work under Pressure, willing to adjust to changing priorities and meet the project time lines • Ability to work successfully in a global environment, coordinate global teams • Help to define solution architecture and ensure the development team members meet defined standards • Ensure that development team members have a functional understanding of financial systems, guiding more junior members • Create project plans, mange risks and issues logs across the projects. • Ability to identify and implement the synergies across the projects. *Required:* • *10 to 15 years* of development experience with at least 3 years as a technical lead/manager • Strong technical background with experience in driving the solution/design phase while managing the overall project • In-depth experiences in one or more of the technologies - Oracle/PL SQL, ETL/Informatica, Java • Strong knowledge of SDLC including, waterfall and agile models of development • Strong client facing skills • Ability to handle teams working in multiple sites (onsite, offshore, near shore) • Excellent communication and people management skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities, commitments • Investment Banking experience is required but exceptional technical background can compensate *Desired/ Plus:* • *Experience in Collateral Management / OTC Derivatives / Regulatory* Environment – i.e. Dodd Frank • Ability to coach and mentor the development team • Ability to help development team in solution / design • PMP/MBA/Master’s Degree preferred • Working knowledge with UNIX OS *Thanks & Regards* *Monika * Param Consulting Services Inc. 732-404-0411/0466 Ext 5559 | [email protected] | http://www.pcsionweb.com *Gtalk :* monikaparam | *Yahoo IM :* monika.param Save resources: Think before you print. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Open Source J2EE frameworks" group.
