Dear Friends/Business Partners, I have an urgent need with one of our Direct Client in Austin, TX need *Senior* *Business Analyst *with Configuration Management Database *(CMDB)* Experience Due March 17th. It’s for a long term project and gets extended every year, Please go through the requirement and reply back with your updated resume and the B&C forms duly filled up. Rate: $75/hr on C2C. *Minimum Requirements:* Years Skills/Experience 8 Support design, development, and implementation of automated processes for gathering, populating, and maintaining CMDB data. 8 Reconcile the CMDB data when exceptions are noted between CMDB, discovery information, and other authoritative production data repositories. 8 Produce and execute a plan for implementing the Configuration Management processes. 8 Ability to develop SQL queries and reports for management on KPIs to improve the process effectiveness, efficiency, and data accuracy. 8 Experience in hardware and software asset and configuration management as well as knowledge of IT service management processes. 8 Experience with FrontRange HEAT, ServiceNow, BMC Atrium, and BMC Remedy ITSM or a similar industry solution. 8 Familiar with any of the following: discovery products including Microsoft SCCM, BMC Software Asset Management; reconciliation of discovery data in BMC CMDB environment; and integration of discovery solutions with CMDB or a similar industry solution.. 8 Knowledge of MS SQL, query-writing, reporting tools (ie: Crystal Reports, BIRT, or a similar industry solution) relational databases. 8 Candidates must have excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.
