MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1. Project management experience
2. Bachelor’s degree
3. Strong computer skills (Microsoft project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
4. Excellent Time management and organizational skills
SUMMARY:
This position prepares for a given release and deals with the
implementation, deployment, and execution of a project. ITIL experience is
required (certification would be a plus) and should be a centerpiece of the
candidate’s work history. Candidates should understand what it takes to do
interface testing and to implement a deployment strategy.
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR SERVICE COORDINATOR.
• Prepare and review Consolidated IT project plans.
• Create project status reports
• Coordinate with Interfacing systems for project initiation, testing and
deployment
• Assist in release planning and deployment.
• Coordinate with software/service vendors for upgrades, issues tracking
and custom requirements.
• Manage test environment refresh activity.
• Coordinate with Infrastructure team during deployment.
• Review project document list for SDLC compliance.
• Conduct system/application components change review.
• ITIL experience reqd (certification plus)
• Service-Now/Remedy experience reqd.
