The term is 3-6 months *Business Analyst - Business Resiliency* Skills Required: Yrs. » Business Analyst 4-6 Yrs » Business Architecture 4-6 Yrs » Business Process Analysis 4-6 Yrs » Disaster Recovery 4-6 Yrs » Qualitative Analysis 4-6 Yrs *Role Overview / Expectations:* • Document operational, IT, and/or support processes as needed by working closely with team members, partners, or other stakeholders. • Provide general analysis support in the Business Resiliency space, which may include facilitating meetings, gathering requirements, completing various documentation, and reviewing system and operational details. • Gather and maintain detailed documentation surrounding application, server, database, and network configurations. • Guide and support the creation of consistent, comprehensive, and high quality BC/DR and/or CM plans, particularly those relevant to critical business processes, services, and IT systems. *Required Qualifications / Experience:* • Demonstrated experience with system analysis, business process analysis, or IT/business architecture • Working knowledge of the Business Resiliency space, including exposure to common practices in Business Continuity (BC), Disaster Recovery (DR), and/or Crisis Management (CM) disciplines. • Demonstrated ability to conduct and interpret quantitative and qualitative analysis in order to develop processes and supporting technical details. • Extremely high attention detail and proven ability to produce accurate documentation that is both meaningful and usable.
