Below is the detailed Job description, if you have any consultants who are matching with the requirement, interested, please send resumes to [email protected] Job Role: Taleo Functional JD: Location: Dublin, OH and San Jose, CA Duration: 6 months Key skills required for the job are: • A minimum of 5-8 years Taleo functional experience with 2+ Taleo implementation experience. • Must have hands-on configuration and implementation experience in the following Oracle Taleo modules: • Taleo Recruitment • Taleo Onboarding • Taleo Reporting • Experience in Taleo Connect Client Consulting skills • Complete understanding of the Oracle Taleo architecture. • Experience in implementing, integrating legacy, or Oracle HRMS/ HCM applications with Taleo cloud based ERP • To understand the functionality and provide technical expertise related to solution offerings to support deliverables and/or project objectives. • Experience in Business Objects, Business Intelligence(Taleo Analytics) • Experience in understanding business requirements and translating them into High-Level Design solutions. • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and ability to prioritize the work to meet timelines • Should be responsive Documentation & Articulation capabilities.
