Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education. • At least 8 years of experience with SKILLS SET given below *Preferred* • At least 5 years of experience in FlexPLM Solution Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes • At least 8 years of experience in the following areas • Deep expertise in the FlexPLM upgrades & development, deep expertise on out of the box customizations. Experience driving and leading FlexPLM major upgrades. Should be able to play a consultant role and should be able to work with multiple teams, PTC to resolve issues, etc. Expertise in integration framework, reports will be beneficial. • Manage teams of Software engineers to deliver complex business systems. • Estimating work effort, planning, organization, and implementing complex software projects. • Experience in Data Migration & Data Loading into FlexPLM using PTC Tools • Experience in providing FlexPLM consultancy to testing and validation teams as required • At least 8 years of experience in FlexPLM Upgrade/Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment • Experience on FlexPLM 10.2/10.1/9.2 is preferred • Analytical and Communication skills • Project, Customer and talent management • Experience with project management • Experience in Retail – Apparel/Footwear domain and processes • Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel As a PTC FlexPLM Solution Architect, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in FlexPLM Solution consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
