Must be local
Interview process: 30 minute phone screen (Manager is available all week)
then in person to meet the team.
Must Have Hands on Experience with the following technologies:
MVC
C#
HTML5 – designing applications to be used on small form factors like phones
and tablets
Multi-tenant database design
REST Services
Entity Framework
*RESPONSIBILITIES*
Designing user interaction models and workflows
Integrating internal and external product design into a cohesive user
experience
Autoring detailed interaction specifications
Working with UX team to design and implement responsive user interfaces
Successfully communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale
Mentor less experienced developer
*QUALIFICATIONS*
Bachelor's degree or computer science or related field
At least 5+ years’ experience leading critical design efforts in an agile
(Scrum) environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Mastery of user interaction design skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Ability to communicate design rationale and build consensus
Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a
fast-paced environment
Ability to develop new approaches to complex design problems
Must be organized, have an eye for detail, and be able to put ideas into a
tangible form
