*Skills and Responsibilities:*

- Performance Lead and Performance Engineer
- 8+ years of experience in performance testing.
- 2+ years of team lead experience with a team size of 5+
- 5+ years experience with either Load Runner or Performance Center
Testing tool using protocols such as JAVA/EJB/RDP/Web Services/RTE/Custom
Scripts/Citrix
- 4+ years experience in Java, Perl, Shell scripting, Windows
Scripting
- 4+ years experience in developing VU Scripts for performance testing
- 4+ years experience in developing Performance Test Plans and
Performance test Scenarios using requirements and design documents while
specifying Testing Overview, Approach, Strategy, Scope, Architecture,
Environment, Roles and Responsibilities.
- 2+ years experience in any of the following Monitoring tools
Sitescope, Wily Introscope or other Java monitoring tools
