*Qualifications:* Multiple years of related work experience including leadership experience. Displays initiative and self-motivation. Thorough understanding of formal SDLC processes, source code control concepts and strategies, QA strategies Must have extensive Software Configuration Management experience in customer-facing ecommerce pre-production and production environments including experience with object oriented systems, ecommerce infrastructure architecture, third party software and testing service providers, and integration with multiple backend systems. Must have prior experience managing build, release and deployment strategies for 10-15 simultaneous projects Multiple years of experience creating release schedules, roll back plans, and software development builds for production releases. Demonstrated excellent communication and leadership skills working with technical and non-technical audiences and with multiple levels within the organization from developers through executive stakeholders and cross team coordination in a matrixed work environment.
