Knowledge of Run SAP / E2E Methodology & ALM Processes and RUN Standards Mandatory (Solman configuration capabilities) 1. Experience in solution documentation/solution implementation (SOLAR01, SOLAR02) & roadmaps 2. Experience in Configure Change Request Management (ChaRM), Retrofit & CTS+ 3. Experience in Application Incident Management/Service Desk 4. Experience in CRM Middleware technical configurations for Solution Manager 5. Experience in Technical operations (System monitoring, E2E RCA, Wily setup, PI Monitoring, BI Monitoring, End user monitoring) 6. Experience in Business process monitoring & Interface monitoring, Business Process Analytics, Data Consistency management, iDOC monitoring, job scheduling management 7. Experience in Monitoring (system monitoring, end user experience monitoring) 8. Experience in Custom code management Good to have (Solman capabilities) 1. Experience in Test management/Workbench in solution manager (with HP QC and SAP TAO) 2. Experience in Custom code lifecycle management (CCLM) & CDMC 3.
