Should know some frame work like Hibernate or JPA and concepts. *Servlet* *Excellent* *XML* *Excellent* Resource should know XML processing in JAVA and as well as in SQL *JMS* *Conceptual* Conceptual knowledge in JMS is OK *Reporting* *Entry Level* Should have conceptual and entry level knowledge with any reporting tool like Jasper and Integration with Java. *Flex* *Mid-Level* Should have some working experience working in Flex so that resource can understand the existing code and make modification in existing code if required.
