The duties of the consulting resource will be to plan and implement the modernization of the Disability Benefits web site. These duties will include the following: Modifying table based layouts to render via HTML5/CSS3 Updating templates to leverage modern rendering technology Updating forms to use HTML5 compliant controls while continuing to adhere to Section 508 accessibility standards The consultant will adhere to NYSIF’s application development standards, including, but not limited to, project management methodology, SDLC (software development life cycle), Enterprise Architecture standards and the IT governance process.
