After noticing that the recent thread with Greg KH was entirely one-sided (his mails were being discarded so it looked like I was speaking to myself), I made a couple of changes to the behavior of the open-vm-tools-devel and open-vm-tools-discuss mailing lists: 1) Posts from non-members are now allowed. 2) To quell spam that may result from the above change, the spam filter will now try to match against the "\[SPAM\]" regexp and discard matched messages. 3) The list names are no longer prepended to email subject lines.
Let's see how this goes, and if things get worse, I'll adjust the behavior further. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email is sponsored by the Moblin Your Move Developer's challenge Build the coolest Linux based applications with Moblin SDK & win great prizes Grand prize is a trip for two to an Open Source event anywhere in the world http://moblin-contest.org/redirect.php?banner_id=100&url=/ _______________________________________________ open-vm-tools-devel mailing list open-vm-tools-devel@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/open-vm-tools-devel
