Summary: modules/linux/pvscsi does not compile with old GCC

Initial Comment:
am trying to compile open-vm-tools-2009.01.21-142982 with kernel 2.6.28.1
using gcc version 3.4.5 and there is a problem with inline fonction
(like vsocks module cf tracker 2531283)



Using 2.6.x kernel build system.

pvscsi has been upstreamed to the mainline kernel and will be removed from
open-vm-tools.
