Why I can't have the modules build?
/lib/modules/2.6.35.14/ contains linux headers.
Also there is no Makefile.normal under vmsync/. Only Makefile & Makefile.kernel

You need an equivalent of kernel-devel package (at least that's what it is
called in Fedora/RHEL). What distribution is this?
