Couple things to add:
-syslog[=FACILITY] support for file/vol/pt/vl/bos server and salvager
logging enhancements in file/vol servers to include volume number/name
in some error msgs
added ability to list 'user@CELL' in UserList file so can do
cross-realm administration
udebug syntax change (-server instead of -servers)
