Indeed, I should clarify my previous message a bit. I wasn't
suggesting that intmax_t be used in afs code. That is just
what we plan to use on freebsd now that it is defined. But
given that %j is used for intmax_t, I was wondering if
afs_snprintf implements %j for afs_intmax_t.

could have phrased it better]
