The server argument for vos listvldb is used to restrict the databse search
to volumes with instances on a certain fileserver.
It doesn't allow to specify the address of the database server to be contacted.

If i write something like:

/usr/afsws/etc/vos listvldb -server 130.237.48.13 -name mpkg.i386_rh72 -noauth

then the argument "-server 130.237.48.13" is ignored.

It does not contact 130.237.48.13 but instead randomly contatcs one of my
VLDB-servers. It gives a valid response even if there is no exsisting
VLDB-server at 130.237.48.13 .

This is annoying since it makes it impossible for our nagios
(nagios.e.kth.se) to determine if one VLDB fails.
