None.   The unix cache manager and the Windows cache manager are
completely independent implementations.  You can certainly borrow ideas
from the Windows implementation but you would need to implement
something that makes use of the data structures in the Unix version.

Much of the code is designed to implement mandatory locking on Windows
even though AFS only supports advisory locks.
