I want to make --enable-namei-fileserver and --enable-largefile-fileserver

in not building with largefile support. I suspect other platforms are in
the same boat.
Should we make these the default for all platforms, and add corresponding
--disable-foo options? Do this just for the BSDs?
Stuff that the announcement brags about should be default IMO, ie
largefile, supergroups and whatnot should be default... Stuff that's
not enabled by default due to its experimental nature should probably
be noted as "experimental" in the announcement.
