Likely story.

I have the AFS client running on a kurobox (ppc32
architecture using an IBM 603e core / Linux 26).
Oddly, the userland stuff does not work:

kurobox ~ # bosserver -noauth
stackcheck = 66051: stack = 66051
topstack = 0x3005e034: stackptr = 0x3002e008:
stacksize = 0x30000
Thu Feb 1 20:48:30 2007 LWP: stack overflow in
process IO MANAGER!

I had always thought that many moons ago the LWP stuff
was tossed out for Pthreads ? Did this not/never
happen? I'm curious as to why LWP is still in play.

Servers other than file and vol, plus clients like pts and vos, still use lwp.
