If we are going to start talking about people actually using xstat_cm/fs_test
then we should probably
a) Give them a better filename
b) Make sure that they're packaged
c) Solve the inherent byte-ordering problem (they just dump a datastructure without
doing host->network and network->host coversion)
(Jeffrey made a comment back in 2007 about there also being 32/64 bit issues,
but I can't see any of those)

Is there a different way to get the vcache and dcache hit ratio's from a
client besides xstat_cm_test?
