interestingly, I don't think I configured buildbot to build 1.4.x on irix.
master and 1.6.x will build with the -j3 option.

Jason, can you add -j3 to the make arguments for the IRIX buildslaves? That
should bring the compile time down to ~21 minutes and the overall build time to
under 30 min.
