Call me ancient, but I still like dead tree versions of in-depth doco
like that. Or at least camera-ready electronic copies, as opposed to
HTML or Kindle.
"make all" in the doc/xml/* folders will produce the pdf and html
output. There are separate make targets for each type if you want that.
