I assume we want to keep the version number field, but figured I'd

Given this code has been in the tree for 2 and a half years, I'm a
little bit reluctant to change the file format in case anyone else is
using it. I'm not actually sure whether we need the version number - if
we change the file contents so dramatically that we need to bump the
version number, we could just change the file name.
So, I think I would prefer that any patch just fix the comment, rather
than changing the code.
I guess changing the comment is no big deal, and I'll go submit that.
I'm not really sure who these supposed other users would be, though.
Given that I'm apparently only supposed to use this mechanism in the
context of rxgk for the cell-wide key and not for (e.g.) bosserver
long-term keys or even departmental fileserver keys, it would seem that
the only "valid" potentially existing consumers would be in a YFS
implementation. Or do I misunderstand the intended uses of the mechanism?
